Condition of Items
All items are sold “AS IS.” We make every effort to accurately describe condition, including any flaws, wear, or imperfections. Buyers acknowledge that pre-owned and even new-with-tags (NWT) items may show minor handling or storage signs.

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Items may be listed across multiple platforms and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Consignment Terms
By consigning with Ida Louise Boutique, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items and have full authority to sell them. You agree that all consigned inventory is authentic and not counterfeit. Any disputes regarding ownership or authenticity remain the responsibility of the consignor.

Limitation of Liability
Ida Louise Boutique shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

Platform Sales
Items sold via third-party platforms (including but not limited to live selling platforms, marketplaces, and social commerce apps) are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms in addition to this notice.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, text, and business materials associated with Ida Louise Boutique are the sole property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for personal or commercial purposes without written consent.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline transactions at our discretion.
